Close to the land then granted by the Serenissima to the Knights of the Order of St. John and Malta stands this independent land-sky block, once a boarding-house or perhaps the lodging of the rich Knights Templars.
The area is really unique, surrounded by all services. Relevant is the presence of the Greek Orthodox Church of the Greeks and the Knights of Malta, in front of the palazzetto; and also the Arsenale, one step away, the Palladian church of San Francesco della Vigna, the Church of San Zaccaria and last but not least the places of life and training of Vivaldi, Italian composer and violinist, a leading figure of the late Venetian Baroque.
The “RIGOLETTO”, located on the first floor of the building, consists of a large entrance that easily connects all the rooms, flooding them with light, coming from the living room with sofa bed and a nice balcony from which you can enjoy a nice view of the city.
The large kitchen, distributed on two sides, is well organized and fully equipped offering all the services and space to accommodate guests.
The sleeping area consists of two large double bedrooms equipped with wardrobes and flat screen TV. In one of the two rooms it is possible to offer single beds, while in the other it is possible to add an extra bed.
Finally, a comfortable and bright bathroom with services and a large bath for shower use.
The decor recalls the relaxing tones of contemporary tastes, in the cream tones of the kitchen or sablé of the rooms, with a classic hint in the decorations. The space and functionality are outstanding, and it is perfect for those looking for an apartment for a long stay in Venice, given its strategic position.
WiFi, courtesy products, pleasant surprises and any extra requests will make your stay a dream come true.
